Engrave

For consumer bankruptcy firms · Chapter 7 & 13

Bankruptcy intake that organizes itself.

Clients call, email and snap photos of pay stubs. Engrave turns all of it into one organized intake file — transcribed, read, sorted and flagged — so your team reviews cases instead of chasing paperwork.

How it works

Clients reach you however they like. Your team sees one clean file.

  1. 1

    Clients get in touch

They leave a voicemail, email their documents, or photograph pay stubs and bills with their phone through a secure upload link — no app, no account.

  2. 2

    Engrave does the paperwork

Voicemails are transcribed with a bankruptcy vocabulary and summarized. Photos are straightened and cleaned up, text is read out, and each document is sorted by type.

  3. 3

    Your team reviews

Paralegals and attorneys work from one review desk: listen while the transcript follows along, check and correct document types, and move cases toward petition.

Features

Built around how bankruptcy intake actually arrives.

Voicemail transcription

Every message transcribed with bankruptcy terms — means test, 341 meeting, reaffirmation — and summarized for the reviewer. Click any word to jump the audio there.

Email intake

Clients email documents to a dedicated intake address. Attachments land on the right case automatically, with the message alongside.

Phone photo uploads

Send a client a link; they take a picture of each page. Engrave straightens angled photos and evens out the lighting before reading them.

Automatic document sorting

Pay stubs, tax returns, utility bills, bank statements and creditor notices are recognized and tagged. Your team's corrections always win.

Leads kept apart from clients

Calls and emails from people you don't represent yet become leads. Convert them in one click, or add them to an existing client's case.

Urgency flagged early

Garnishments, foreclosure dates and lawsuits are pulled out of what the client said, so time-sensitive matters surface first.

Security & privacy

Client financial records deserve better than an inbox.

Intake files hold pay stubs, tax returns and account statements. Engrave is designed to keep them under your firm's control from the moment they arrive.

  • Encrypted throughout

Recordings, documents and case records are encrypted at rest with a dedicated key, and in transit.

  • Short-lived links

Upload and viewing links expire after 15 minutes.

  • Approved staff only

Accounts are created by your administrator and must be approved before they can see anything.

  • Access is recorded

Opening a case, viewing a document or changing a status is logged with who did it and when.

  • Nothing kept you don't need

If someone doesn't become a client, the documents they sent are permanently deleted when you dismiss the lead.
